Highridge Avenue

The room for rent is a spacious basement in my three-bedroom home. In the basement, there is a half-bath that would be for your private use. There is a shared living space, bathroom and kitchen. I have a washer and dryer in the home for your use as well. The home has a large fenced in yard and it’s in a nice neighborhood close to the interstate.

I am an easy-going young professional. I enjoy the occasional guests or gathering at my home but often have calm nights in. I have two dogs and 1 cat.
