Golden Oak Lane

A 60’x24’ mobile home with lots of extra space. Backyard is large for a mobile home park (20×30) with a gazebo shading the work area. The room has it’s own entrance and bathroom, large window and closet. Next door is an open field with little to no activity. The privacy factor is high because there’s no one next door. Lots of neighbors and activities to do: swimming pool and jacuzzi with countless programs at the clubhouse. Drinking and smoking are required through out your stay here at Chez Chris . We drink postum and smoke cloves all day long.

I’m in my 50’s and looking for a cool person to share this home. Low key quiet area with no action at night. This place is well situated for groceries and freeway are close.
