So’O/CARLSBAD BEACH AREA - 12’x14’ LARGE ROOM WALK TO BEACH! One unfurnished room with “connected” shared bathroom. Room is large ; 12’ x 14’ with a separate door to the shared bathroom which is right in the room so that you don’t have to go out into the hallway. $1450 includes all bills, utilities, etc. No additional charges. There is a closet organizer which has shelves and drawers. Newly painted and fresh. The room is unfurnished but I do have a queen size bed, and a shelf available if you need something closer to furnished. Walking or biking distance to Cassidy Street Beach, shops, and restaurants. Also close enough to ride your bike or walk down to Carlsbad Village. House is in a gated community. You would have a remote for access into the gate. Parking in driveway. The house has been remodeled. Everything is clean and new feeling. Super private- no windows to the neighbors. Rent includes full access to a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, all outside areas, atrium and all utilities. There is a washer and dryer on site. Quiet professionals or students. Quick access to both the 5 & the 78 freeways for easy commute or easy access to Palomar, San Marcos and Mira Costa Colleges.

Non smokers only. I Don’t mind if you ingest THC but please don’t smoke it on the property or outside the house or in the neighborhood inside the gates. There is a cat who lives here- just fyi.

• I do want to mention that we don’t have guys come over here. If you have a boyfriend he could come and pick you up to go places, but he can’t stay and hang out. So that is something to think about if you are in a relationship. And then, of course, if you’re dating, then I would ask you just to always meet your date someplace and not have them come to the house because we try to keep it safe for all the women here. If you have a girlfriend then that’s different. She can visit more often.

As owner I will occupy one room. The other room is rented by a 27 year old. We are both female, kind, considerate and clean! I am a yoga teacher, and a nanny, and the other roommate works with autistic kids.
