The room is a good size and has a nice view of the foothill mountains. It is furnished with a twin size bed, a dresser, a nightstand and lamp, area rug, and portable closet to hang clothes. The bathroom would be shared with our children in high school.
The house is large 2614 Sq. Ft., 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, yard, community pool and spa, cared for grounds.
The community is private and gated as well as very safe.
We are a married couple for 26 years in our early 50s.
We have teen children in high school that are very well behaved, respectful, and great students.
We have two small Boston Terrier dogs that are contained in their own area of the house. The female is not friendly with other dogs so we don’t rent to anyone with pets nor service dogs. We are specifically looking to rent to full time college students in the area as we’ve had positive experience with this in the past and believe that will fit well with our family.
