Large, clean, safe beautiful home in gated North Pomona, borders La Verne and Claremont. Plenty of amenities in the area such as transportation, shopping, restaurants, colleges, and parks, fantastic location. Pool and spa in community. Parking available in front of house.

The house has an open floor plan and is still “new”, very well kept and very clean and clutter free.

The room is medium size, good size closet, furnished with everything one needs to live comfortably. Its only room downstairs in its own nook of the house right next to semi private bathroom, kitchen, and backyard.

Laundry room is upstairs.

We do not have pets.

Single occupancy, no couples, and no overnight visitors.

Month to month lease , 30 day notice required.
