About the room

Lovely large two story house built in 2004. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Gated and safe neighborhood, beautiful grounds. Community pool and spa.

We are looking preferably for a college student that is responsible and cleans their room, bathroom, and dishes.

The room is medium size, window, closet, and furnished. It’s downstairs and more private. Roomie will have their own shower but toilet is shared.

We rent from month to month and require 30 day notice.

About the roomies

Married couple for 28 years with two older teens and a college student.

We are fun and enjoy renting to college students is our preference as it fits our family dynamic.
