If you would like to move in earlier, you can send a prorated rent rate. Must be receive deposit by January 9th can move in on January 14th .MUST HAVE RENT ON THE 1st NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU CANT PAY BY THE 1st THE AGREEMENT WILL BE OFF AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE PROPERTY BY THE 3rd.

Hello roommate, First thing first is I will not be present at this property you will have the studio to yourself. That’s a bonus. The people at this property are dog owners and the neighbors are friendly. Most people stay to themselves. This apartment is mid-luxury. Our first meet will have to be virtual on FaceTime and if you decide to move in January 14th I will come in person earlier to give you keys. If you want to come Feb 1st I will come Jan 28th to hand off keys.
