Background/credit check and application are required. Unfortunately, no (more) dogs or cats (none at all) are allowed in the house.

The house is very quiet and clean; the current roommates are both slightly on different schedules and really keep to themselves. Of the three bedrooms upstairs, one is my office (I work from home) and the others are occupied by a guy named Connor, who is extremely quiet and clean, and another guy named Ryan (he has a black lab that mostly stays in his room). I barely ever see (or hear) either of them and they’ve been such good people to live with/at my house that I just extended their leases another 6 months. I will not be filling my office room with a tenant, FYI, so there will be a maximum of 4 people in this 5b2b house when it’s ‘full’.
