The studio is attached to the main house but you’ll have your own entrance.
In the main house lives other young, single females who are hardworking and easygoing. On the property there’s zero drama, we are trustworthy and hoping to find the same. Housemates are all in between there 20s and 30s.
Studio is within a few minutes from highway access, a great place for commuters! There’s grocery stores in less than five minutes, gas stations, Starbucks, etc.
*Rent: $1350month Deposit: $900 can be done in 2 payments Utilities: will vary - include high speed WiFi. Month to month but prefer long term. Sorry no pets, Single occupancy.
The studio has its own entrance and there’s parking for your car.
Your neighbors are three other female housemates (who live in the main house). All with full-time jobs. They are busy and always working. They are friendly, reliable and trustworthy. They value their privacy 🤗and safety is our number one priority. All housemates are between their 20s and 30s.
