RV is parked at our property in the outskirts of Salinas. It’s a gated country property; very calm, safe and private. Everything that you need is less than 5 minutes away: grocery stores, 2 shopping centers, pharmacies, fast food, Starbucks, gas stations and highway access 156, 101.
Rent: $899 Utilities: $electricity, water, sewer, trash and High Speed Internet (~120) Deposit: $600. Rent is Month-to-month but prefer long term.
Designated parking spot for 1 vehicle on property.
