I am a senior at Pitt and have lived in the unit for 2 years. I do enjoy having friends over the apartment on the weekend. No pets allowed. Parking is free on the street in front of the building but is often hard to find. More free parking found in the surrounding blocks, not far. There is a parking garage in the building for an additional fee every month but is optional. The living room and kitchen are completely furnished by me. I have a full pots and pans set, air fryer, microwave, plates and cups, etc. as you can see from the pictures I also have a dining room table and couch. The oven and stove is gas and covered by rent. 1 shared bathroom. Laundry is in the basement of the building and is “pay by the load”. Heat is covered but no central AC. You can bring an AC unit though and I have one already installed in the living room. More information can be found by searching “college gardens Pitt” online.

You will need to fully furnish your room. My previous roommate is taking everything with him.
