Located in midtown Ventura so everything is pretty close in proximity, within 5 to 10 minutes from the mall, Ventura College, and freeway entrances. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors surrounding. Rent will cover utilities, use of all common areas, I don’t want anyone feeling like they have to be confined to their rooms. Plenty of street parking. Non-smoking home. All of us pitch in costs for common use household items. (Paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc.) Laundry on site, and space in kitchen available.

Hello, I’m 34 years old, I am a mostly introverted person, so I’m pretty quiet most of the time. I have a 16 year old cat and a 4 year old German shepherd (he’s very friendly and loves people, my cat takes some time to warm up). My work schedule varies so I’m home randomly throughout the day.
