Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors surrounding. Rent will cover utilities, use of all common areas, I don’t want anyone feeling like they have to be confined to their rooms. Plenty of street parking. Non-smoking home. Not currently accepting other pets into the home.

Hello, I’m 34 years old, I am a mostly introverted person, so I’m pretty quiet most of the time. I have a 17 year old cat and a 5 year old German shepherd (he’s very friendly and loves people, my cat takes some time to warm up). My work schedule varies so I’m home randomly throughout the day. There are 2 other roommates plus myself. We all hang out whenever our schedules allow but other than that we keep to ourselves.
