Great view from the apartment main balcony. Gym and indoor pool in the building. We are allowed to have 2 pets total (I have no pets). They must be under 45 pounds each. Pet fee is $30 per pet per month if you have pets. Internet is $43 per month per person and electric is between 25-90 dollars per person per month depending on if the air conditioning is being used. All other utilities are covered by the apartment. 1 mile from 376, 4 miles from the Turnpike (I-76). Your choice of any restaurant you like and shopping nearby, including the Monroeville Mall 2 miles away.

I am a 27 year old male psychology graduate student at Chatham University. I like sports and photography. I mostly keep to myself and do a lot of studying in my room. I don’t mind occasionally hanging out in the apartment. I do cook a lot. Looking for someone who is nice and relatively quiet and will do their fair share of keeping the apartment clean.
