Nice upgraded, 3 bedroom, 2 car garage, 1550 sq foot apartment just outside Addison (St Moritz). Apartment has decent storage space available, a washer/dryer, and a balcony. You would have a walk-in closet and your own connected bathroom. Complex is nice, safe, and quiet with gates, two pools, a real gym, & valet trash. Super easy access to tollway. Lease is thru mid-June. I will not be renting the third bedroom, so no third roommate.

After breaking up with the girlfriend, it’s just me living here. I’m a 39 year old professional (MBA & senior manager) who spends his time working, at the gym, on the couch, or partying. Do like to party but don’t hold wild parties at home. Do not drink much, never do drugs or smoke. Have no pets or kids. I’m overall quiet at home except with TV and girls I might bring over (I’m a hoe 😉, but if you’re a girl, don’t worry I won’t try to sleep with you). My personality is friendly, outgoing, and pretty down to earth. I think I’m clean, good at sharing and respecting another’s space. Looking for a responsible low drama roommate to help pay rent and to provide some company. Clean & easy going are important. I’m very accepting of lifestyles (basically don’t care how people live their lives if it doesn’t impact me). But do not want a heavy drinker, hard drug user, or anyone who is woke. Must be ok with firearms in the house (I’m big on gun safety).
