Got a nice little backyard and super close to South Side Park! Convenience store right down the block and maybe 5-7 minutes away from all the shops and grocery stores on Carson Street. Easy access to Birmingham Bridge to get you into Oakland where all the schools are.

I’m a young professional living alone with my dog. I work at an environmental school and enjoy spending time outside. I’m moving to try and get closer to work in Garfield. I’ve enjoyed this house, and the neighborhood has been friendly. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves.
