I’m located right on the tracks to downtown and I’m a 5 min walk to Olde Town where there are tons of restaurants and shops. With rent ($1500 with utilities) there comes full access to my complexes year round pool/hot tub, clubhouse, grills, mailroom, and 24/7 gym. We have valet trash and in unit laundry.
