Iām starting my graduate program in early January and am looking to rent out two rooms (let me know if you have a friend you want to live with) in my house to help cover the cost of grad school. Iām 28, extroverted, a social drinker but past the party stage. I have a supper loving 30lb dog and am open to other dogs in the home. I ask that we work together to keep the common spaces clean and split the utility bill. I will be spending many nights with my boyfriend at his house but will be around from time to time.
