Hi there, I’m 30 and just wrapped up my first year of grad school. I own a 3 bedroom house and am looking to rent out 2 bedrooms. I have already found my first roommate and am looking for one more. I prefer to room with a female in her late 20s-early 30s. Looking for a student or young professional. Feeling peaceful at home is important to me so I am looking for someone who is friendly and clean and will fit the laid back vibe in my house. Must be a non-smoker but cannabis friendly, as the other roommate smokes outside. There is currently one dog in the home (about 15lbs) full time. I take my dog with me when I am gone and am only at the house one to two nights a week. Also looking for someone who works during the day or evening and sleeps normal hours.
