Well-lit and spacey room and private bathroom for rent. Located in the Cherryland neighborhood, ~1-2 miles away from Hayward Bart as well as grocery stores (Walmart, Target, Trader Joe’s, Safeway). Less than 10 minutes from 580 and 880. House is the end-unit in a quiet condo community. Includes in-unit washer/dryer, centralized heating, extra storage space in garage, and an outside patio. Includes dedicated parking guest space outside (off-street parking). Rent is $1,400/month, which includes utilities and internet. 6-month lease but can extend if the fit is good. Not furnished but can provide a bed/mattress if needed. No pets. Occasional guest ok. You will be sharing the house with 1 person (male, 28).

I work in finance and will be home 50% of the time. I’m pretty low-key. At home, I’m usually working out or watching NBA games. I keep the house pretty quiet/clean.
