REST OF HOUSE Big front living room with a view of the Flatirons (like you can see all of them. 85 in tv with everything that’s HD (best brand) it doesn’t stand out a look dumb, fun art on walls, grass green “ARTICLE” felt couch etc. and a bunch of cool seats and fireplace. Boho vibin’. New kitchen as well. New sliding wooden barn doors we made it open to the second living BUT ALSO CLOSE IT OFF IF are doing YOGA OR WANT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO KICK IT room that has a Peloton (brand new), sauna, and cool lofted bed.
There’s a big backyard and a large greenhouse, too, if you want to grow anything….or just think about growing things. Might get a couple of chickens and two be hives but I’ll let tenants vote on it,
