$1200 for one of the 3 rooms that just opened up in the front of the house. The room as you can see in the second picture has wood floors, a new fan, is freshly painted, furnished (if you choose or we can pull out the new beds for you things), biometric locks for security as well and a bunch of house perks.

NOTE ON BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms shared between 3 when I’m gone which is almost always, but a third will be installed over the summer in the overly massive pantry as an upgrade. ________________________________ House Details

I haven’t had anyone come to the house to look that didn’t say yes so trying to get the record alive. It’s mostly just vibe of the house and how selective I am about the people.

The house is located just past the hill as you head towards Eldorado State Park just past Einstein’s and Starbucks on the corner. The house has a Super 73 for everyone to share - so people taking classes or get anywhere in Boulder proper can jump on and be just about anywhere in under 10 min or less. Anywhere on campus in 5 or less or you can whip down to the creek in the summer or wherever just for fun.

ABOUT ME I’m currently staying in the master suite in back while getting the house ready and making some upgrades but normally I’m back and forth between Sayulita, MX, LA, and Boulder as I have some fun side projects in Sayu like putting up lights on power poles to create the first night surfing spot in the world - sans turtle season. When I’m not down there doing a few projects – I’m typical working for ad agencies in LA. I’d like to rent the green too and just let all the tenants have a solid crew that’s always around.
