Carmen's room

I have an RV parked in my backyard. Fully hooked up. Has a full size bed that turns into a couch, and bunk beds. Fully functional stove and refrigerator, dinning table and own restroom. Renting to one person, two may be too tight for comfort and long term.

Will not be ready until March 1st.

Family home. We are pretty quiet and work a lot so we are looking for someone who is the same. No drugs. Not a party house. No more pets as i already have a German Shepard. Older area of Vallejo but safe. Family neighborhood.
