Carmen's room

RV hooked up to power and water, sewage in my back yard. Looking for a single person to rent for at least 6 months. Rent includes power and water. You would be responsible for refilling your own propane.

Rv has a full size bunk bed, and another full side that converts to a couch. Also has own bathroom/shower and kitchen.

This would be ideal for one person as two would be a little tight long term.

Would need rental references and proof of income.

Family home. Not looking for anyone with frequent guests or loud noises. We live a pretty quiet life and would like it to remain that way. We have a German Shepard and a cat so no more pets.
