The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near exit 8 on I185 and near the River Road exit. Takes an average of 10 minutes to reach anywhere in Columbus, including downtown, Columbus State University, and Fort Benning. Piggly Wiggly, CVS, and Walmart is within 2 mile radius. Phenix City is within 15 minutes reach. The room has bed and mattress. Pillows and sheets are provided upon request.
We are a friendly military family and we value peaceful and clean occupants. No other occupants aside from the landlord. We have a puppy that accesses the common areas only when supervised. Washer and dryer area, kitchen, and living room is accessible to be shared among occupants. Military, law enforcement, government employees, first responders, and teachers are preferred.
