Located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, this private room with a walk-in closet in a charming home is ideal for singles that still value their privacy but still living with one other tenant. In the common area, there is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room (We can send photos if requested). Parking is available either on the driveway or by the curb. All utilities included (power, water, gas, internet, and garbage disposal). Mattress and bed included, and we can provide beddings and sheets as requested.

At the moment, there is only one occupant staying in the master’s bedroom on the other side of the house. We look forward to have a harmonious time with our tenants.
