Hello everyone, we are looking for a student or working professional. We are located 3 mins away from the UC campus and about 5 mins from grocery stores. The home is also located about 1 min walking distance to the bus stop that directly takes you to the UC. The room is a great fit for any student or working professional that wants space in his or her room; especially since it includes a loft! It will offer you great storage for any suitcases or other things that can clutter your living. The bathroom is shared. The backyard of the home is very spacious, and the lot size of the home is 1.8 acres. PS: The pillars in the living room have been removed, allowing more space in the common areas.
We are a family that does not live in the house. we are Looking for a responsible and neat person. Along with our son, we have UC students living in the house also. My son is a 3rd-year Computer Science major attending the UC.
