Since Edison-Eastlake is currently undergoing new development and renovations shopping can be a drive to E.Camelback, Biltmore or downtown Phoenix which is all right up that way in either direction. Tempe is on the other side of the airport not a far drive either. The best Plant based eatery’s are close by downtown off 7th St.
