House share w/extended family suite. Close to Light rail, freeways, sports events, cultural arts areas, Downtown entertainment venues, etc.

We originally staged our room as a bnb to help recoup relocation expenses since moving to AZ from WA state but a long term roomie situation may be a better fit for us since it isn’t solely just about the money but also helping each other out with a good home support system. The furniture can be moved around if you have your own. Our cons are we can be loud at times with music, TV shows, jokes, movies, cooking, and doing our family games and interactions but we do like quite time being peaceful and getting outdoors to events, hiking, seeing nature or children’s activities etc. Creating an exciting home atmosphere and taking our show on the road is our lifestyle and we’re open minded to accommodate a shared situation that we can also embrace with open arms. It may take longer for us to reply and we may have to schedule more than one link up because we really want the perfect person and not in a rush but if it feels right then we will accelerate the process for the perfect fit.
