I have a private 1 bedroom available in a 3 story walk up condo building. The building and unit are both smoke and drug free.
I’m looking for a clean, quite working professional for 6 months. The unit features in unit washer/dryer, internet, and a security alarm. There is also one parking spot available in the back.
The condo is in the Bronzeville neighborhood close to Hyde Park, the green line and other forms of transportation.
The rent is $700 per month with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
I’m a substitute teacher and a business broker. There is one other roomate who works and is in school. We are both clean, quite and we keep to ourselves. For security purposes ( for myself and other property owners in the building), I’d prefer someone who does NOT keep or bring company in/out.
