Must be employed full time outside of the home ( no graveyard). No drugs , smoking including vaping or weed. Shared bathroom (kept very clean). Light cooking and driveway parking. Quiet , non partying house.
About the roomies
I am a retired very active female. My daughter 32 has just moved back from Vegas for a short time. I other mid age male renter who works full time and is very quiet and clean. If you are allergic to a cat or dog then best if you don’t respond to this post
