Must be employed full time outside of the home , regular day hours no graveyard. Non smoking house (including no weed and vaping) . It is a very quiet, drama free house, no parties, no visitors allowed due to privacy to others in the house. Utilities are included within reason. Light kitchen privileges which is in a seperate area from the main kitchen.

I am a mature , friendly person who is very involved with my grandchild. There is 1 other male renter. works full time, quiet, clean and pretty much keeps to himself.
