I’m looking for 1-2 young female roommate(s) to rent in squirrel hill south or shadyside. I work full-time and stay busy after work in the gym and in the music studio on the weekends. The perfect place would be in walking distance to schenley park. I like to play tennis, take ballet classes, bike, and go out when the vibe is right. I would love to develop a friendship with my roommate(s) and keep a beautiful, tranquil, clean home together. I’m also down to throw a fun party every once in a while if you are. I’d like to have my dog some of the time at least, but she can also stay with my parents in sewickley. I have been actively looking at listings for a couple weeks so I have some apartments, condos, and townhomes picked out. Most are 2 bed/1.5 bath with an extra room + living space/dining room at around $1500 per month. I’m looking to move forward quickly- Ideally moving by nov 1.
