well to start the house is in a nice 55+ sun city community (will need ID) so if you rent from me you will have pool and gym wood working access in my community, driveway parking and also RV parking if needed, includes furnished bedroom, tv and internet and your own bathroom, your own refrigerator and access to washer and dryer, garden if you are into that sort of stuff.
