About the room
This is a 3 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood with a very large backyard. We do have pets ( 2 dogs and a cat) so need to be someone who likes animals. You will be sharing a bathroom with the female tenant. Willing to pay extra for a house cleaner if you decide to move in. The room has a queen size tempurpedic bed but can be removed if you have your own.

Male and female roommates. Both very laid back. The female is in the service industry and the male works events and conventions so hours are weird for both.
