• The house has a beautiful front and back garden with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs

• One months rent for a security deposit required

• Prefer ages 20- 70. I’m an old soul and want roommate who is responsible- no crazy parties, smoking, drugs

• 10 minutes from white rock lake and 15 minutes to downtown Dallas

• A washer & dryer are in the home!

• covid safety is important to me- must be up to date on vaccinations

• Security: blink cameras outside of the house

• prefers no pets but Small dogs and cats are ok I have a small chi mix Emma who will love to be your friend

I’m a nanny and have an online bakery- so I use the kitchen and dining room quite often and will have to be ok with my baking schedule. I’m originally from Southern California and have been in Dallas for several years.
