Unfurnished room with shared bathroom. Located in midtown Ventura so everything is pretty close in proximity, within 5 to 10 minutes from the mall, Ventura College, and freeway entrances. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors surrounding. Rent will cover utilities, use of all common areas, I don’t want anyone feeling like they have to be confined to their rooms. Plenty of street parking. Non-smoking home. The TV is available for use, but must stay mounted, no cable, and not a smart tv so you would need a fire stick or something similar.

Hello, I’m 32 years old, I am a mostly introverted person, so I’m pretty quiet most of the time. I have a 14 year old cat and a 3 year old German shepherd (he’s very friendly and loves people, my cat takes some time to warm up). My work schedule varies so I’m home randomly throughout the day.
