The room is the master bedroom with a three door closet and private bathroom on the first floor. Our unit is in the corner and the master shares no walls with adjacent units. In unit heater, no AC. The rest of the apartment is mostly furnished with a dining set and an entertainment area. Kitchen has a brand new dishwasher and otherwise standard appliances (microwave, 4-top electric stove & oven, fridge/freezer).

Your roommate would be Sara, she is a young professional, working full time and typically likes to spend her days off out of the house. She has the second bedroom with her own bathroom. She’s a great roommate to us, always friendly and willing to work out any complications. She has three very loving cats who will always be happy to keep you company. In my experience the past 2+ years living with her, she doesn’t use the kitchen much and keeps to herself.
