Great location close to I-70, Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge, DIA, Central Park, Stanley Market and Anschutz Medical Campus. Washer/dryer, plenty of parking and outdoor storage on-site. Also, there is a covered patio and big backyard! Smoking allowed (outside).
All utilities are included in rent and Landlord takes care of major house/yard maintenance. Security deposit and first months rent is required before move-in. Verification of income/employment. Lease terms are flexible.
There are two other individuals. Brandon is in his early 20’s, works at DIA, and enjoys running at nearby parks and gaming. Quentin is in his 30’s, works at Anschutz and is a relative newcomer to Colorado. Both are very friendly and respectful, and they mostly keep to themselves.
