About the room
Spacious master bedroom w/ a private bathroom available in a house in northeast Denver/Montbello. Great location close to I-70, Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge, DIA, Central Park, Stanley Market and Anschutz Medical Campus. Washer/dryer, plenty of parking and outdoor storage on-site. Also, there is a covered patio and big backyard! All utilities are included in rent and Landlord takes care of major house/yard maintenance. Smoking allowed (outside). No pets please.
About the roomies
There are two other individuals. Brandon is in his mid-20’s, works at DIA, and enjoys running at nearby parks and gaming. Sean is also in his 20’s and works at DIA, and likes to get out exploring Denver. Both are very friendly and respectful, and they mostly keep to themselves.
