This is a 5 room farmhouse on 4 1/2 Acers of land. We love dogs and kids. Dog people will love it here. In the past, some women renters stated there concerns about living in a mixed sex household and having strange or unknown men visiting making them uncomfortable, so to address this we decided to have a (wimen tenant only) household. So we are only reaching out to women. We also love kids. So kids are welcome. To address some initial conserns about not enough refrigerator space. I decided to buy and provide a refrigerator for each room. So each room also has there own personal 18.3 cubic foot fridge freezer for your own food space. This is a large fridge freezer not a tiny dorm room fridge. All utilities are included with the rent. Heat, hot water, electric, AC, internet. Use of the kitchen, free use of the washer and dryer. Just bring your own laundry soap. It’s a shared bathroom. There’s loads of free off street parking. There is 4 1/2 Acers of land to explore. Some is grassy fields and some woods. This is a very small and quiet town. Just like you see in the Christmas movies. If you’re religious. There is a Christian church directly across the street. There is a bed & breakfast next door for family or friends to stay close by. Each room has it’s own mini split unit. So each room will have it’s own thermostat that you control. A woman just moved out of a room upstairs. It’s the biggest room but also the most money at $850/month. Information about the available room. wood dressers, a personal closet, it is on the second floor. Because it’s an old house the stairs are steep. The house is not far from an exit, exit 3 off RT 101. Even though we’re in the country we are only a short drive to Manchester NH. Also just down the street from Southern New Hampshire university. The money down is first and last months rent (up front). So 2 x 850 is $1,700.00 to be paid up front. There’s no security deposit. The last months rent that’s pre paid at the beginning is only for the last month rent. It’s not a buffer for being short on money. The rent is still due timely every month. So that second month’s rent is due one month after the money down. It’s a month to month format. No long term commitment like most. It’s a strict no smoking house. (That includes pot and vaping). And that doesn’t mean blowing it out the window. Any smoking in the house and you will be moving out. Just to be clear, this is a room within a house. Not an apartment or in a trailer. Legally, it’s a (tenant at will). So it is at this time basically a woman’s boarding house. I (do not) live at this house. There is a video on YouTube of this house.
