This is a 4 room farmhouse on 4 1/2 Acers of land. 3 of the 4 rooms are for rent. We love dogs and kids. However because we allow dogs there are a few already living here. We have dog doorway gates throughout the first floor so seporating is passive. Dog people will love it here. So obviously, you must be comfortable with dogs. In the past, some women renters stated there concerns about living in a mixed sex household and having strange or unknown men visiting making them uncomfortable, so to address this we decided to have a (wimen tenant only) household. So we are only reaching out to women. We also love kids. So kids are welcome. However, if you have whatever relationshons with guys. We ask that you go to there place for the fun time and such. To address some initial conserns about not enough refrigerator space. I decided to buy and provide a refrigerator for each room. So each room also has there own personal 18.3 cubic foot fridge freezer for your own food space. This is a large fridge freezer not a tiny dorm room fridge. All utilities are included with the rent. Heat, hot water, electric, AC, internet. Use of the kitchen, free use of the washer and dryer. Just bring your own laundry soap. It’s a shared bathroom. There’s loads of free off street parking. There is 4 1/2 Acers of land to explore. Some is grassy fields and some woods. We have chickens, so there always fun to watch. This is a very small quiet town. Just like you see in the Christmas movies. If you’re religious. There is a Christian church directly across the street. There is a bed & breakfast next door for family or friends to stay close by. I’m currently installing 3 separate (Mimi split) systems into each room. So each room will have it’s own thermostat that you control. A woman just moved out of a room upstairs. It’s the biggest room but also the most money at $850/month. Because of this availability a woman currently renting a room downstairs, a smaller room at $650/month. Decided to move into the bigger room upstairs. This will make the room downstairs become available. We are taking advantage of this gap in people renting this room upstairs to do some remodeling. So far the remodeling is coming along well. I believe the room should be finished at the end of January. So a room downstairs should be available beginning of February. Information in the available room, The room is 10 x 15 feet, has a king sized bed, 2 wood dressers, a personal closet, An overhead ceiling fan. It’s on the first floor. The house is not far from an exit, exit 3 off RT 101. Even though we’re in the country we are only a short drive to Manchester NH. Also just down the street from Southern New Hampshire university. The money down is first and last months rent (up front). So 2 x 650 is $1,300.00 to be paid up front. There’s no security deposit. The last months rent that’s pre paid at the beginning is only for the last month rent. It’s not a buffer for being short on money. The rent is still due timely every month. And that second month’s rent is due one month after the money down. It’s a month to month format. So, Only a two month minimum commitment. Not a year long commitment like most. It’s a strict no smoking house. And that doesn’t mean blowing it out the window. Any smoking in the house and you will be moving out. Just to be clear, this is a room within a house. The tenant’s are all women. The plan is to keep it that way to help make a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the women tenants. At this time, one of the women has one dog that’s a gentle and quiet pitbull mix. His name is Fred. The landlord has one medium sized hound dog. Named daisy. He also sometimes babysits other dogs for some side money. we love dogs, so obviously dogs are welcome. He is retired, married but separated. He is not interested in any relationships, friends with benefits or anything else. Over all, it’s a safe, comfortable place to live and call home.
