A nice farmhouse located in the center of the Candis historic district. A very quiet neighborhood.

5 private rooms rented in a large old farmhouse. The rooms are different sizes, so each is priced accordingly It’s an all woman renter format. The room available is actually 2 rooms adjoining each other. Together their moderately good size. But the one that’s a bedroom is extremely small. The other is more roomy and has space for storage and an office area. The small room has a twin sized (loft bed). Please look up loft bed so you understand what that is. It’s basically like a top of a bunk bed. Without the bottom bed. Instead the bottom area is open for 2 bureaus with lots of drawer space. There’s also a desk in that area underneath. Each room has a full size refrigerator freezer for personal food storage.
Also, each room is equiped with a smart tv, mini split for heat and AC.

The room available is 600 per month, prepaid each month. The money required to get in the room is first and last month’s rent up front. Then pay monthly. There’s no security deposit. Pets are welcome. Just keep the smells under control. Plenty of off-street parking. All utilities are included. It’s a shared bathroom. Complete use of the kitchen. I prefer to get paid via the ( Chime ) app.
