A furnished room is available in our beautiful brand new home. Located minutes away from USF, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Brandon, Bush Gardens, Amazon Fulfillment Center in Temple Terrace and Seffner, and Downtown Tampa.
The bedroom has a shared full bath and a walk-in closet. Fast WiFi, TV cable, water and electricity is included in your rent. The roommate will have access to the laundry room, kitchen and one parking spot in our driveway. Security Deposit is refundable when you leave. There is a month to month rental contract.
Our home is conveniently located a few minutes from I-4, I-75, US 301, MLK, I-92 and a large selection of stores and restaurants. Traffic is always light.
Our current roommate is moving out on May 6.

We are respectful and considerate of each other. We hold full time jobs and mind our own business. I have a lovable dog named Maya. We all enjoy different things and sometimes we come together over a good meal and some football. The house is kept clean, quiet and we mostly like to eat out.
