Looking for a roommate to share our beautiful brand new home! We are in Waverly Village, a new community off Williams Road and MLK in Tampa. The bedroom is furnished, has a walk-in closet and shared bathroom.
Fast WiFi, water and electricity is included in your rent. The roommate will have access to the laundry room, kitchen and one parking spot in our driveway. Rent is $1000/mo. Security Deposit is $1000, refundable when you leave. There is a month to month rental contract.
Our home is conveniently located a few minutes from I-4, I-75, US 301 and a large selection of stores and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes away from the Brandon Mall, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Downtown Tampa and Brandon. Less than 15 minutes away from USF and Busch Gardens.
We have a small friendly dog.
