Rebecca's room

I have a Master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and its own en suite bathroom available for someone responsible with verifiable income (must be able to pass the screening process of our apartment complex). The room is currently unfurnished but could be furnished if needed. The Apartment community is in a great location in Alpharetta with tons of amenities such as a beautiful pool, a gym with a yoga/spin studio, etc. Very walkable and neighborly area, you can walk to Big Creek greenway or Halcyon where there is always something going on. Must be ok with pets as I have 1 dog and 1 cat. The home is also shared with my daughter who is finishing her senior year of high school. Internet, water, electricity, etc is included.

I am a 40-something professional originally from the West Coast who stays very busy with work while also going to school part-time (phew!). I have 1 dog and 1 cat - the apartment complex has a 2-pet maximum so we can’t add more pets. I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself, more on the introverted side but friendly. I’m fully vaccinated and expect anyone living in my home would be also. :)
