About the room
Located In Far North Dallas. Right off Dallas North Tollway. $900 a month includes utilities and internet. I’m a 23 yr old male. I work and go to school full time. Room has no furniture but I have a spare desk, chair, small coffee table and couch if wanted. apartment has all basic furnishings like dishwasher, washer, dryer, kitchen, oven, microwave, etc. I keep to myself and get along with just about anyone. No minimum stay but once started background check and occupancy paperwork for the lease office will need a 100$ deposit that’ll contribute to first payment not in addition to. ALL WELCOME TO APPLY
About the roomies
Currently an Electrician finishing up my apprenticeship and trade school. Like to spend free time playing on PC and going to the gym. Dont have a bunch of visitors tend to keep to myself and keep clean. I renewed the lease as of last week for 12 months but I don’t mind a shorter rental
