This room is close to the Bishop Art’s District and Dallas Zoo. 10 minutes from downtown. 20 minutes from Irving. The house is already furnished. The room is carpeted. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
Space in the outdoor shed is available for storage as well!
Month-to-Month agreement OK, but longer tenant preferred. I still own the home, but I no longer occupy it- I am renting all the rooms out individually and take a lot of care in selecting the right tenants.
Large Master Bedroom with private bathroom. Recently renovated home with modern features. Located in Oak Cliff, 10 minutes from downtown and Bishop Arts area.
Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Pet Security deposit is $400
About the roomies
The other roommates are easy going and communicate well. They work outside of the home and are happy to hangout with each other.
