The 11x11 bedroom includes ample closet storage, a dresser, shoe rack, and a classic exposed brick wall. You’ll enjoy the open kitchen with quartz countertops, subway tile, and a black and brass aesthetic.
Amenities included: central air, central heat, deck, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, and in-unit laundry.
No pets, cannabis, smoking.
This is a room in a shared space with me, the landlord.
$250 non-refundable move-in fee. Open to month-to-month after initial lease.
About the roomies
I’m 29 years old, a lover of Jesus, a good game night, sports (basketball, football, tennis, and running primarily), wellness, movies, comedy, and sharing novel experiences like a speakeasy, secret concert, or unfamiliar restaurant. I’m an introvert at heart but often am down for a new adventure and a little spontaneity.
By day, I manage warehouse operations for an e-commerce company. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, embracing all things hygge, or exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
On Sundays, you’ll find me at City Church Chicago where I serve on connections and finance teams.
