Hello! I have room available in a 3bdrm 2.5bth end unit townhome. The room has a large oversized arch window, vaulted ceilings, walk-in shelved closet and white carpet. The room is very bright with lots of natural light. It is currently furnished with a brand new queen size mattress, night stand, smart 1080p TV, and cozy lounge chair. There is off street parking and possible garage space may be available if interested.
There are currently two roomies that occupy the townhome. I currently work in private equity and they other girl is in health services. Both girls are former healthcare workers and can truly understand the need for space. I do enjoy most Colorado native things and lifestyle. Neither of us are partiers or really drinkers for that matter, so this is not the situation if that’s what you are looking for. The home is kept very clean and will be the expectation.
