The room is in a 3bdrm 2.5bath end-unit town home with lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and white carpet. The room has a large walk-in closet with built in shelving and a nice big window for lots of sunlight. The home includes a walk-in pantry and washer/dryer room.

The home is located on 112th between Huron and Pecos in a well-established community. It’s walking distance to Front Range Community College, North West open space, Big Dry Creek Trail, and the large Park-n-Ride Bus Station off 120th.

I am a Colorado native corporate working female. I have out grown the party phase of my life and am a bit of a homebody nowadays. I am a bit of a clean freak and live well with individuals who appreciate a well kept home. I tend to do best with people who are motivated, goal oriented, and positive.
