Unfurnished room (11x10) with own bathroom. This room gets lotsss of natural light, spacious layout, and is right next to your bathroom. You’ll have access to the rest of the house, front and backyard, and a parking space in the driveway. I keep the house clean and am not loud. I have a pitbull who can be very playful but is so loving and friendly and usually just chills most of the day. I work a hybrid schedule and plans can vary on my days off, I’m more of a home body but some weekends may be out. When we’re both home I’ll definitely give you your space but also want you to feel comfortable and welcome so if you want to hangout that’s fine too 😊

3 miles from the 15 freeway and 5 miles from the 215, near gyms and shopping centers. If you’re looking for a long term lease I’d be open to that, I would like to just begin with 6 months to be sure it’s something that works for both of us.

Hi I’m the homeowner 😌 I have a 3bedroom house with my dog Lilo. I occasionally have friends over who live too far to drive or family that visits but I will always let you know ahead of time. I love to cook and I make candles so the house always smells good. I can be a social person and like to make sure you feel like this is your home too but I like my alone time and quiet and will respect the same for you.
